It was produced by Catherine and Bill Chambers and features collaborations with US Country/Folk icon and master songwriter Guy Clark and Australia’s favourite indie front man Tim Rogers.

The first single from the album will be the title track and is at radio Monday June 4.

“My nickname for Catherine is "The Real Deal". She's all heart and soul and trouble. She's a dear dear friend that I am consistently bedazzled by”. Tim Rogers

Since the release of her last album Catherine Britt (2010), Catherine has won numerous awards for her amazing songwriting ability. Her track ‘Sweet Emmylou’ not only won ‘Single Of The Year’ at this year’s CMAA Awards but also grabbed second place in the 2011 Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition, sitting in-between Kimbra, who took home first prize for ‘Cameo Lover’ and Gotye who came in third for ‘Somebody That I Use To Know.’ ‘Sweet Emmylou’ also grabbed second place in the Americana category in the 2011 International Songwriting Competition. This competition had over 16,000 entries from 112 countries.

“Catherine Britt is absolutely amazing and is without a doubt one the most incredible talents, vocalist and songwriters that I've heard in years.... she is a rare treasure.” Bobby Kallus

2012 has already been a busy year for Catherine. She performed over the weekend at Song Summit’s Women Of Vanda and Young showcase along with Megan Washington. She has also been on tour with Beccy Cole, co-headlined at CMC Rocks the Hunter and co-hosted the 7th Australian Music Prize (AMP Awards). Catherine also hosts the national TV show ‘Alt Country’ on the Country Music Channel.

In July Catherine will head back to the USA, where she was personally invited to perform at this year’s Woody Guthrie Folk Festival, which is held in the small town of Okemah in Oklahoma. This year marks what would have been Guthrie’s 100th birthday. Catherine will join artists such as Billy Bragg, Arlo Guthrie, Judy Collins, Jimmy LaFave, Red Dirt Rangers, Sam Baker, Lloyd Maines, Kevin Welch plus many more to be announced.
Catherine will also head out on tour in August and September to support the release of ‘Always Never Enough.’ Full details to be announced shortly but until then you can catch her on the following dates:
