Hot on the heels of their debut performance at the Gympie Muster, Adam Brand And The Outlaws unleash their first single, “Good Year For The Outlaw”.  The outfit also confirm today the release date of their highly anticipated debut self-titled album; ready to drop on 8th January 2016.

Fronted by 12 x Golden Guitar-winner and multi ARIA Award-nominee Adam Brand, The Outlaws are an all-star line-up of Australian country music’s best-loved and most prolific names: Drew McAlister, Travis Collins, Matt Cornell and Mike Carr.

The debut release is a fourteen-tracker, exploding with covers of classic rock favourites from across the years from Cold Chisel’s ‘Working Class Man’, to Queen’s ‘Fat Bottom Girls’ and Jet’s smash hit ‘Are You Gonna Be My Girl’. It’s all killer, no filler. The album was recorded in Sydney’s Rancom Street Studios, produced by Adam Brand and engineered and mixed by Ted Howard.

Lead single is the band’s rock’n’roll anthem‘Good Year For The Outlaw’.

"When you put 5 guys in a prison cell dressed in orange overalls with no rules, cameras rolling and an agenda that says "Don't hold back", you’re going to get a video that makes a statement”, said Adam Brand. “Lines were crossed and then crossed again, some limped away, some packed ice on bruises and some simply  collapsed in a corner with a cold beer at the end of the day... But one thing we all shared was a huge grin from ear to ear and a devil-may-care attitude. This is a band called The Outlaws after all... So expect the unexpected from our videos, the songs that we blast out and the live show, which will be so high voltage it's gonna need a warning sticker!”

Adam Brand And The Outlaws is what you get when you join one of the key artists of his generation with four of the finest country musicians to emerge in this country over the last two decades.

They’re called ‘Outlaws’, but the lads are a bunch of good time boys looking to provide the ultimate party soundtrack. There’s an album coming, and the shows are sure to become the stuff of legend. It won’t last forever though: outlaws don’t stick around. So buckle up and get ready for some sonic fireworks! Adam Brand And The Outlaws have arrived.
