Stretch Away Stress - Dr. Gillian Ross
Gentle stretching, when combined with deep breathing and focused body awareness, is a very powerful antidote to stress and promotes healing and general well-being. The two exercise sessions offered on this CD do not require any particular level of fitness or flexibility. Gillian Ross gently guides you through the stretches with constant attention to your breathing and the conscious release of stress. Each session ends with a relaxation practice.
Dr Gillian Ross has an Honours Science Degree, a PhD in Behavioural Sciences and is a trained yoga teacher (IYTA). She has published books on spirituality and self-transformation as well as many relaxation, meditation and yoga CDs.
Her 40-acre home in northern NSW has become a place for spiritual retreats.
