COUNTRY MUSIC’S SUPERGROUP ADAM BRAND AND THE OUTLAWS HIGHLY ANTICIPATED DEBUT ALBUM OUT NOW

 

Fronted by 12 x Golden Guitar-winner and multi ARIA Award-nominee Adam Brand, The Outlaws are an all-star line-up of Australian country music’s best-loved and most prolific names: Drew McAlister, Travis Collins, Matt Cornell and Mike Carr. Their highly anticipated debut self-titled album is out today and already topping the charts, including  #1 CMC track ‘Good Year for the Outlaw’ and the current single ‘I Fought the Law.’

The debut release is a fourteen-tracker, exploding with covers of country classics including ‘Way Out West’ and ‘Mamma Don’t Let Your Babies Grow To Be Cowboys.’ Also showing off classic rock favourites from across the years including Cold Chisel’s ‘Working Class Man’, to Queen’s ‘Fat Bottom Girls’ and Jet’s smash hit ‘Are You Gonna Be My Girl’. The album was recorded in Sydney’s Rancom Street Studios, produced by Adam Brand and engineered and mixed by Ted Howard.

Adam Brand – 2016 Golden Guitar nominee. 12 x Golden Guitar-winner & multi-ARIA Award-nominee. Adam has earned 3 x Platinum and 5 x Gold albums and was the winner of this year’s CMC OZ artist of the year

Drew McAlister – With a slew of Golden Guitars under his belt for both performance & song-writing credits, Drew has taken the stage with US heavyweights Big & Rich.

Travis Collins – Multi-Golden Guitar nominee including 2016, with the longest-running #1 Country Airplay track of 2015 for ‘Curves’ from his #1 ARIA country album Wired.

Matt Cornell – The former Baby Animal has now cemented himself in the Australian country music scene, fast gaining a reputation for his live shows, he was also the finalist for the CMC 'New Artist Of The Year' in 2015.

Mike Carr – Best known recently as the creator of 2 time ARIA-winning comedian Buddy Goode, Mike Carr is a Golden Guitar winning songwriter who has penned many well-known Australian country hits.
